Who is BetweenStays built for?+
Independent caretakers and small property-care companies looking after second homes and holiday properties. It brings preparation, responsibilities and evidence together in a private workspace.
Does it manage bookings or rental income?+
The current product focuses on property care and arrival preparation. It does not connect to booking channels, collect rent or handle accounting.
Can I assign work to my team?+
Yes. Add contacts and assign them to tasks. Contacts do not yet have separate logins or receive invitations, so your signed-in account manages the workspace.
Can owners access a portal?+
You can preview an owner-facing view of an arrival's progress, notes and evidence. External owner invitations and shared portal access are not enabled yet.
What happens when I plan the next arrival?+
Each arrival gets its own dates, preferences and tasks. Earlier arrivals and their photos remain available in the property's arrival history.
Can I try it with example homes?+
Yes. Create an account and choose “Load sample homes” on the empty dashboard to explore three example properties. You can also start directly with your own homes.
