Questions about billing
Do the people I invite pay?+
No. The subscription belongs to the workspace and covers everyone in it, with no limit on people on any plan. Invite every cleaner, manager and helper you work with.
What happens after the free trial?+
Choose a plan, billed monthly or yearly, to keep working in your workspace. If you don't, the workspace pauses: your data is kept, and you can subscribe later or ask us to delete it.
What happens if I need more homes than my plan includes?+
Move to a larger plan from the billing page whenever you like; you only pay the difference for the rest of the period. If you move to a smaller plan, nothing is lost: the homes beyond its limit are locked until you upgrade or remove some.
Can I cancel?+
Yes, at any time. Your workspace stays available until the end of the period you've paid for.
Who sends the invoices?+
Our reseller Paddle.com handles payments, VAT and invoices, so your invoices come from Paddle.
Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our merchant of record.
